@Cardiffbus (1/2) morning, no. 28 due at tydil place at 6.04 drove straight past me despite me signalling to stop and my bus ticket being activated. I get the bus every day from this stop and never had a problem. I have now had to get a taxi to work.

@Cardiffbus I understand there is traffic but this service is consistently late. I've now spent an additional £5 on Newport bus for a day ticket as unable to top up my card and buy weekly. How do i go about a refund?
