Waddles the Pig
Quincy update:
Quincy is recovering well and has fit in with his new herd. He is loving life and it’s hard to believe that this baby was near death and spent a month in ICU.

Waddles the pig
Meet Odessa our newest rescue, this precious senior pig was left alone with no food only rain water to drink and clearly no hoof care, this sweet girl is currently at the vet receiving the medical care she desperately needs! Send all the well wishes her way she’s gonna need them

Waddles the Pig
Pork Butt Pastures was founded to give pigs a second chance, but our journey with Waddles showed us just how broken the system can be. What started as rescuing one pig grew into a mission to save countless others who had been neglected, abandoned, or abused.
Every rescue comes with a cost. Emergency veterinary care, surgeries, medications, feed, shelter, and daily care quickly add up, creating an enormous financial burden for a small nonprofit. With little to no donations and no large corporate sponsors, we have shouldered these costs because turning our backs on animals in need has never been an option.
At Pork Butt Pastures, we don't just rescue pigs—we fight for them, advocate for them, and work every day to create a better future for those who have no voice. Every life we save is made possible through determination, sacrifice, and the belief that every pig deserves compassion, dignity, and a chance to live.

Waddles the pig
The Spca Tampa Bay tried to get away with animal cruelty 1 year ago, but they have never met someone like me who will not let that happen! We go to trial July 29th Waddles today after proper care on his 1 year gotcha day!!

Justice for Waddles, the SPCA Tampa Bay left him in the Florida sun for 10 days, they have pled guilty to the cruelty citation but they need to be held accountable for their actions, I rescued him on July 24th
