@Autoglass providing terrible customer service and leaving me without my WAV and power chair for over a MONTH. Multiple failed promises to contact me. Had to chase at every juncture. Couldn’t care less. Very disappointed. Another eg of poor attitude towards disability in the UK

Have tried to ask to have a polite conversation re:concerns around provision and understanding of SEN candidates taking exams. Have tried to go through correct channels
