@virginmedia Terrible service yet again! No Internet connection for nearly 5 days!! At your prices it’s not on, we won’t remain a customer much longer 👎
@virginmedia We’ve been offered £17 credit that is not enough for the inconvenience and the issue still isn’t fixed. We have been given different dates each time we call. Customer services awful, do not even apologise sound like machines. Will be leaving VM
@virginmedia Obviously I have checked and there is a big problem but not been fixed.
Had no apology or compensation, we are paying for a service we are not getting and it’s causing work issues, almost a week now with no internet and most TV options?
