@Mango fobbed off again… 10 days to go until you’ve had both my £80 and my order for a month! No resolution and little communication, except to patronise me by thanking me for my patience, which ran out some time ago now! I won’t be shopping with you again until resolved

[Kelly Willcox @KellyWillcox3]

@Mango placed an order mid-September which has never arrived. The app says ‘order accepted’ and doesn’t progress from there. We’re now approaching mid-October, I’m out of pocket and don’t have the products that I ordered. Please either send the order, or refund my money!!

@ZARA I ordered a top to be delivered to store (One New Change) before Xmas but it didn’t arrive in time. Now I’m back at work it is no longer available for collection but no refund has been issued. Please could you confirm when I can expect to receive the money back? Thanks

[Kelly Willcox @KellyWillcox3]

@sewateruk you’re aiming to be the water company people want to be supplied by? You’re failing…… MISERABLY! Following a week without water back in December, my elderly parents are now without it YET AGAIN, They (and I) would rather be supplied by ANY other company!

[Kelly Willcox @KellyWillcox3]

@Mango That goes without saying….
It’s happened 4 times, with 2 different items and each time, all sizes are still out of stock. I’m not disappointed about missing out, just fed up with the bombardment of unnecessary emails

[Kelly Willcox @KellyWillcox3]

@Mango approx 4 times over the last few days you have emailed me to tell me the item I’m looking for is back in stock…. Every time I have clicked to go into the site, the item is still out of stock. Please stop messaging me until the item is actually back in stock! Thanks 🙄

@AskeBay hi there, is selling designer items not allowed on EBay? I’ve twice tried to list a genuine Longchamp bag but it has been removed both times on the basis that it is suspected to be counterfeit. It’s not counterfeit, it’s a genuine bag that I don’t want.

[Kelly Willcox @KellyWillcox3]

@zara6i14 It’s consistent in every store, every time and has been for as long as I’ve been shopping in Zara (years). There’s no more information to give…

[Kelly Willcox @KellyWillcox3]

@ZARA the staff on your refund counters are always painfully slow (consistent in all branches) and there is no sense of urgency at all despite long queues snaking around the store…Is this tactical to make people give up and keep the items they don’t want?

@SamsungHelpUK Another call promised, another call that never came………..

[Kelly Willcox @KellyWillcox3]

@SamsungHelpUK Still no phone call despite being promised a call yesterday morning….

[Kelly Willcox @KellyWillcox3]

@SamsungHelpUK 2 washer dryers (1 new replacement), 2 separate problems (3 if you count that it sounds like it’s going to take off when spinning on a particular cycle), 4 engineer visits, approx 6-8 hours wasted, no resolution and no rush on your part to provide one…?

[Kelly Willcox @KellyWillcox3]

@SamsungHelpUK The machine is clearly irreparable since the issue remains despite multiple engineer visits and a part change, and it is literally a couple of months old. It should not be experiencing even one issue, let alone two! The machine is not functioning as it should. It is faulty!

[Kelly Willcox @KellyWillcox3]

@SamsungHelpUK

[Kelly Willcox @KellyWillcox3]

@SamsungHelpUK Not only do I still have the original issue but I now also have a new one and the machine is leaking from the door!!

[Kelly Willcox @KellyWillcox3]

@SamsungHelpUK I have been liaising over email and a supervisor was due to call me today but I haven’t received a call. I understand I’m now being passed to your technical team however 4 engineer visits have not resolved the issue. The machine is very new and I’d like a refund please.

[Kelly Willcox @KellyWillcox3]

@ZARA_Care hi, you have double charged me for a £109 coat bought in your Westfield White City store on Saturday and I’d like my money back. Please can you provide details of who I need to speak to resolve?
