@delicatepoem it's going in and out. it loads and works for a bit then will crash again and not load anything for 10 minutes. i've reset my pc, the router but nothing is working 😭

i also squatted 70kg for 3 sets of 4. i want to eventually squat 100kg with good form. i'm slowly working toward that 🙌🏻

today i pulled a 100kg deadlift for 3 sets of 2 reps. my form was good and it felt like a comfortable lift. i'm so proud of how my training is going atm 🙌🏻
