@ThreeUKSupport @shellthestig I've had the same they didn't update my data addon but managed to.tip.up £15 which is all used on calls abs data as not aware not updated tried to buy online and kept getting an error 3rd time 3 have over charged me when I have a data package

@ThreeUKSupport yer again three fails me didn't do my automatic monthly data top up said payment failed which is rubbish managed to take the 15 top up tried to set back up and payment keeps failing even though there is plenty of money to cover it. It's a joke

@ThreeUKSupport Mt package auto renew 21st May £10 and unlimited calls is showing as expired even though its showing here. Plus another £15 credit added which I didn't agree to. This is getting quite stressful now close to 36hrs without calls unless I pay 35p a min
