@Hertz When the booking was made it confirmed that we had our car I did the verification I even attempted to make the payment and it told me that it would auto charge my card when I pickup the car! There was no care! She outrightly said she gave away the car!

Footage from inside Sangster International Airport shows rain pouring through missing ceiling panels and flooding parts of the departure lounge after Hurricane Melissa ripped through western Jamaica earlier today.

The Category 5 storm made landfall in St Elizabeth around 11 a.m., leaving widespread destruction. Melissa has since weakened to Category 3 but could regain strength before hitting Cuba tomorrow.
