I predicted it in 2024, long before many reasons that are being used to loosely explain the current depreciation, such as the Middle East crisis. The main point is that the exchange rate is simply an indicator of underlying economic conditions — and this current one points to underlying economic problems. I attribute this recent trend to money supply mismanagement since late 2025.

Today, I declare that God is fighting my battles, ordering my steps, and making a way where there seems to be no way. Every delay is turning into divine alignment, and every closed door is making room for something greater, I walk in divine favour, protection, wisdom, peace, and victory. What God has ordained for me cannot be stopped. I am not forgotten. I am not forsaken. I am not behind. God is ordering my steps. even the things I cannot understand are being worked out for my good, goodness and mercy shall follow me all the days of my life. I declare that favour will find me, mercy will speak for me, and divine provision will locate me.
