Another fun run on #waggawagga’s Willans Hill. Came across a Bearded Dragon lizard and a kangaroo but no brown snakes today. A nice up and down run mainly on dirt tracks but some bitumen at the Big Dipper.

Great 8.13km run with Wagga Wagga Road Runners today starting from Australia’s 9th best beach - now slightly under water thanks to a high Murrumbidgee River.

First #runCharlesSturtrun - 5.68km ticked off on #waggawagga’s Willans Hill today. A bit warm (31 degrees) this arvo to wear the official T but I love the black and orange colours - go the mighty Wests/Balmain Tigers.
For two years, an elk was seen with a tire around its neck. Now, after several attempts, wildlife officials have freed the animal of the rubber hindrance. https://t.co/3DSfejiDgn
Great to run the Nail Can at #Albury again and to see a few #WaggaWagga Road Runners tear up the track.
The hills have not gotten smaller!
A great spirit on the course.
Many thanks to Robyn for driving me to and from Albury and sharing the day!
Congratulations to #Narrandera Bidgee Bolters on organising today’s Town2Beach run. A terrific course made even better by perfect weather. Would be hard to find a nicer run in the Riverina. See you next year!
Another catch up interview from yesterday is Jim being interviewed by a very vibrant @ALEXDYKE1 on @BBCRadioSolent listen here https://t.co/F9Jp8FOFJg - he promised to play Lost In Space again and a track from the new EP. Remind him if you liked them and want them played!
