The idea that Mega Man: Dual Override's scoring system is essentially just Roll livestreaming her brother's exploits for Likes amuses me to no end.

@SonicREX12@MegaMan What I really appreciate about this contest is—no matter the results—your design resonates with at least one person out there. I really hope those who didn't make the cut won't be discouraged; you've ALL done a fantastic job.
With the first round of the Robot Master Design Contest completed, I'll no longer be posting on this account. Many thanks to everyone for their support. If you wish to continue following my creative endeavors, you can find my work across all of the URLs listed in the comments.
@GildersGambit You have my sincere gratitude, Gilder. It's always a pleasure to hear from others that enjoy my work, such as it is. While my designs may not have made it to the semifinals, knowing that they remain appreciated is very fulfilling and inspiring in itself. You've truly made my day.

Necro Man: By Keni Ambro
He's quite intelligent, though a tad unhinged. Necro Man's primary strategy is to steal Mega Man's life energy in order to fuel and command his scrap metal zombies.

And of course, many thanks to the folks at Capcom for allowing us the opportunity to submit our designs and be a part of the creative process. I very much hope that these contests will continue on for future instalments, just as they once had in the past. Rock on, Mega Man!
Kudos to the 20 semifinalists of the Robot Master Design Contest! The weeks leading up to the reveal have certainly been exciting, yes? With that said—Cactus Man, I choose you!

@Cypher_r2@Protodude I'm hoping others will be of a similar mindset. Let's all bear in mind the outstanding reception the contest has gotten along with the sheer number of submissions. Whether or not our designs make the top 20, I hope we can all be civil and gracious towards one another.
Ultimately, I was only able to lock in with three designs for the Robot Master Design Contest. Here's hoping one of them has what it takes to move on to the semifinals.

Still trying to flesh out my Necro Man design for the Mega Man: Dual Override Robot Master Design Contest. This will be my third—and possibly final—submission, depending on how much time remains afterwards.
In light of the Mega Man: Dual Override Robot Master Design Contest, I thought I'd take this opportunity to share one of my older creations: Noise Man. I never did finalize the design, but I'm still pretty fond of him all the same.

Marine Man: By Keni Ambro
Make Marine Man angry and he'll drain the room of liquid, expanding into a huge, spiked water balloon. Once he calms down, the liquid is expelled, refilling the room once more.

@LoganTG25@Protodude@MegaMan Exactly! What's more, it allows Capcom to see just how passionate the fans are about the series. I can tell a lot of love has gone into every design I've seen thus far—and who knows? Maybe we'll be designing Mavericks a few more years down the road.
@Protodude@MegaMan I've heard from a few people that have decided against entering the contest because they don't expect to win or that their work isn't good enough to stand up against the competition. Nonsense—seize the day! There's absolutely nothing to lose from trying.
Another work in progress for the Robot Master Design Contest. I'm really satisfied with how this one is turning out, though I'm not sure if Capcom would actually be able to fully implement the ideas that I've suggested.
Progress on Design #2 for Mega Man: Dual Override. Necro Man would most likely be another Robot Master with a life-draining attack. The arm looks awfully cumbersome though, I'll admit. Still needs a lot of work.

Vita Man: By Keni Ambro
The syringe on Vita Man's arm is able to siphon energy from machines, which can then be used to revitalize weary robots. Though he tries his best, he often blunders in his work.

Just sharing my progress. Please note that these are concept sketches and are NOT my final submissions for the Mega Man: Dual Override Robot Master Design Contest. The creative process has been slow; perhaps I'm trying too hard to think outside the box.
