Interesting that government analysis at this moment in time puts a pharmacist costs at approximately £30 an hour. So in theory this should be the baseline for locums to consider.
If you then factor in the delviery of extra enhanced services, and the upskilling required - there should be an increase, no?

🥶Some pharmacists in community pharmacy are contacting us, as their pharmacies are cold. That's not good for patients or for staff. So a reminder to employers, that you must ensure indoor workplace temperatures are reasonable, which guidance suggests is a minimum 16 degrees.
