3rd Version of the WC3 PTR Patch

Much better than before, and actually playable now.

With DH being the current focal point for NE and getting nerfed in multiple ways, I'm surprised to not see any compensation while others are getting buffs all over tho.

The video is my take on these suggestions, what I personally think could still be changed, and what maybe could still be discussed further on different ways to buff/nerf something (Such as changing mana cost instead of skill numbers, how the skill functions, and so on).

I didn't see the discussion of these when introduced publicly. Unlike the Blizzard PTR patch, the changes would be playable.

I'd still change numbers or do a couple things different.

Overall solid. Would make a different meta, while maintaining balance.

This 2nd version of the WC3 PTR 1.36.1 patch introduces some better things, and tones down some of the problems from the 1st version.

However, I think it also potentially raises even more problems when looking at the state of the game as a whole.

Good: Militia duration increase, immolation initial cost increase, nerubian tower nerf, maybe spirit walker buffs
Bad: Devotion aura, Warden, Necromancer buffs (tone them down)
Others: Change numbers a bit
Extra: I think wellspring cost could be increased
