He knows very well that the ANC of Zuma rejected an EFF motion to amend the Constitution and expropriate land without compensation.

The notion that Zuma wanted this but the ANC caucus defied him, is absolute nonsense. The ANC caucus would never defy its sitting President. They defended Zuma against countless motions of no confidence, including the Nkandla cover-up.
