@Se_Railway big shout out to the guard on the train at present from Paddock wood (just left ) to Strood. My little girl was very upset on the train and he sat and spoke to her and gave her a ticket with little trains punched out of it. She stopped crying and smiled. Thank you

@Se_Railway please please tell your conductor to stop making so many announcements on the 1655 London Victoria to Ramsgate Service. Whilst I completely agree Customer Service and Safety is paramount, these announcements are so over the top that pax are all getting fed up with it.

@SW_Help Unfortunately not I had to take an alternative method which, whilst I completely understand how trains breakdown it was the fact it arrived we got on it, then told on the station display board it was now terminating at Wimbledon, a passenger shouted to get everyone off.

@TLRailUK whilst you are still my preferred operator to travel with daily (I have other services from SE but choose yours) I along with a large group of people do not appreciate getting the doors close on us at the platform when it's quite clear people are still boarding.

@TLRailUK Hello thank you very much for replying. I have a choice of using SE or TL but have always had great experiences with TL until today. Whilst I completely understand there are delays beyond your control I do not appreciate standing at Denmark Hill ready to board, and doors trapping
