As a visitor to Bristol you admire the Harbour activities as you walk around.. until you pass behind the Young Bristol building ….& see this!

Ignore the scaffolding but focus on the many-times reported fly-tipped rubbish under it!

It’s too big a problem to have changes every 4/5 years!
Get all the Health Secretary’s of State for the last 15 years and some 1st class experts together, get it sorted for the next 25 years!

@Artemisfornow Presumably the Norwegian Oil Company is benefitting hugely by selling to us, presumably at an inflated price!

It doesn’t count on Millibands ‘zero’ figures but we are still using it & it costs us more than coming direct from our own oil fields! No employment or tax take either!

@BristolCouncil I know the Thai restaurant, the Beauty Salon next door, and Bristol Waste’s own operatives have also reported this! It’s a sorry state of affairs when something gets reported so many times …. and still no action.
The problem is that others then throw stuff down like it’s a dump!

I’ve tried to get into the @BristolCouncil website but there appears to be a problem - ‘502 bad gateway’, so no refs!

The issue was 1st reported in early May, and at least 5 times since

@MartinSLewis I’d like to see a review of the NI & minimum wage changes introduced by Reeves in the first budget. We’ve so many younger people unemployed, which will be a massive long term issue
People employed pay taxes! Don’t double up cost by adding incentives to employers-sort the problem!

I wish Andy Burnham every success as Prime Minister. But it is my job to hold him to account.

Every announcement he makes should be properly funded. We cannot borrow more money and the tax burden is already too high, so the only answer is spending cuts.

I will work with him in the national interest to find savings from the benefits bill. If we reach agreement, my Conservative MPs will vote for those cuts in Parliament. That's the way to get Britain working.

@GBNEWS Of course she has to say that as she and 348 other Labour MP’s voted to get him into Number 10.

It just shows the paucity of quality in the governing party when they can’t find 1 person out of 402 MP’s & have to import someone who the party didn’t want as leader in 2010 & 2015

A good friends partner had no symptoms but this test showed that she had a problem and they phoned her within days to tell her to book an emergency appointment!

Regrettably it didn’t save her ultimately! 😢

@peteclase @simonrug The referee was totally convinced that it was a try despite the TMO telling him on a few occasions to look at it again!

If anything it looked more of a high tackle in real time than on replay …. but it saved the 5 or worse still the 7 points!
