We brewed this pale ale with Simcoe, Sequoia and Centennial hops. Said together they mimic the sound of “Sesquicentennial.” These hops lead to favors of ripe oranges and piney resin. At 5.4% this beer is a perfect way to celebrate Seneca’s history and cheers to a bright future.

Today we are releasing a very special beer for us and the City of Seneca—Sesquicentenni-Ale. Sesquicentenni-Ale is a special Pale Ale brewed with the help of City Administrator, Scott Moulder, to celebrate the 150th Anniversary of Seneca becoming incorporated.

Our new imperial stout is called Nuts About You and it is an Imperial Stout with Peanuts added. We added 25 pounds of peanuts to 1 BBL of beer and there is no denying there were peanuts used in this beer. Coming in at 9.0% it’s a very special sipper and tastes delicious!

Introducing Mexican Cake Barista. This imperial stout is brewed with coffee, vanilla beans, and habanero peppers. It's a balanced flavor with coffee up front, vanilla sweetness in the middle, & a little habanero kick at the end. Don’t worry, it isn't too hot.

Today, we're tapping our newest batch of Golden Corner with Raspberries. Since the Raspberry crop was a little stressed last year this batch has a little more of the raspberry tartness than previous batches, but it makes it that much more refreshing in the heat!
