Harry fighting the dementors with the patronus charm made me quite emotional as a new mom. Kids really just want us to be there for them and give them love.

Lupin is actually super cold with Harry considering he was one of Harry's father's best friends. Like the boy is fighting for information about his family while he lives with an emotionally and physically abusive family and Lupin's like, "I knew your parents". 😞

The more movies I watch, the more I think the Malfoy's were on to something. I condone the muggle hate crimes/genocide, but Dumbledore hires a number of professors who really just shouldn't be teaching or near kids and the Malfoy's keep pointing this out. But also @TomFelton.

Started the Prisoner of Azkaban and really think Hogwarts would benefit from hiring a crisis comms professional. For example, you should probably warn the children about the dementors before they all experience them on the train not after.

A 12 year old boy stopped any student from getting murdered this year and so we're going to cancel all exams. -Hogwarts

What was the point of keeping everyone in school when there was a murderer on the loose if you were just going to cancel exams when the threat is gone.

Honestly, Ron is an excellent driver at 12/13 years of age. Just rewatch the scene in the Forbidden Forest where in the face of a spider army he backs up without hitting a tree and then drives Harry and himself to safety. 🚗

Do you think after Quirrell ended up being Voldemort that the parents or Hogwarts board made Dumbledore appoint Gilderoy Lockhart? I find it hard to believe that since all the professors know he's a fake, that they would just let him be a professor. I'd like this backstory.
