Officially finished our novel Nine, Ten this week! My students thoroughly enjoyed it and we were able to learn a lot about such a tragic day. My students loved how the characters stories all connected! Highly recommend! #nineten #wearemillpond

My students did an AWESOME job with their monthly tower of books challenge! Each month my students are required to read a book and fill out a packet with a short description of the book. They may pick any chapter book that sparks their interest! They will read 10+ books by June!

My students were so excited to hand in their genre and sub-genre projects today! They were to choose two novels and create a book cover to go along with that novel as well as identify the genre and sub-genre for that novel. They did a great job! #ELA #6thgrade
