@TideBusiness And also not including business accounts on the central banking register so they come up as unknown when customers try to pay, so that it creates an issue where customers think it's a fraud account.
@TideBusiness You really need to sort out your banking platform. It just fails all the time. Unreliable and wastes precious time. Customer support is unreliable too

Or have closed loops on your phone system that tell me how busy you are or prioritising other people. In prior years BA just answered the phone and helped. Help please.
