On Thursday we met Kerrie Leonard, a Paralympian, farmer and horse breeder from Co. Meath.

Kerrie shared her farm safety story, how she has overcome setbacks since her accident and how she continued to be involved on the farm and pursue her passion for horses.

Agri Aware is delighted to announce the launch of its Sowing Wellbeing in Every Field campaign that aims
to raise awareness on physical health, mental health and farm safety.

This campaign is supported by the Department of Agriculture, Food and the Marine and centres around the stories of farmers and those working in the agricultural industry alongside expert advice across each of the topics and contact information for those who wish to make use of it.

This campaign will be found in both print and digital platforms platofrms wherever you get your farming news from and across marts over the coming weeks
