210 годин — саме стільки у січні–березні наші експортні термінали були вимушено зупинені через тривоги, обстріли та негоду. І все одно збільшуємо обсяги експорту, застосовуючи магію логістики!

За результатами третього кварталу 2026 ФР у порівнянні з аналогічним періодом минулого року:
���+17% переробка олії — до 986 тис. тонн. 
+4% перевалка через морські термінали — до 2,6 млн тонн.

Наші активи зазнають ворожих атак, та попри це ми працюємо, адже наше зерно та олія – невідʼємна частина продуктів в Україні та світі.

Years of close operational cooperation — consolidation will unlock scale and efficiency in agri production. Enselco’s land bank grew 42% to 190k ha (+ added elevator capacity, high-tech machinery & grain wagons). ⬆️

Valuation by an independent international appraiser; overseen by independent Board members.

Kernel generates ~1 in 10 USD of Ukraine’s FX export proceeds — strengthening the company supports Ukraine’s export weight. 🇺🇦

The Court of Appeal rejected claims from 8 minority shareholders (0.4%) seeking to block a $60m capital increase.

✅No violations found.

Claimants must cover legal costs.
