@pippaisright US vs UK cop actions. No issue with bystanders (public danger to cops u know) No escalation, control, restraint, every1 safety- backup=no retaliation and beat up suspect or start attack non involved watchers. No story making. Just a look of good job! Cameras witness welcome

@HappilyAngryEsq As a Brit, and context being Jims tweet - my satirical takeaway is: the court condemned the conduct as abhorrent yet still found the coroner immune as he works alongside the DA. So despite the facts, no case can proceed! Haven't there been a few dodgy coroners in recent yrs?

Start a civil claim on the justice gov website , have to provide notice of claim to police first look up civil procedure rules. Its really quite simple really
