BoE hinting at raising interest rates as high as 5% rather than previous forecasted 4.5%.
Inflation still double digits and far off end of year 2.9% target.
Those on tracker or standard variable rate mortgages should review them to see if that is still the best product to be on.

I fitted a reverse osmosis filter to our drinking water as
local water companies don't filter out antibiotics, contraceptives etc which mess with our hormones.
Store it in glass or stainless steel as plastic leaches out Xenoestrogens which mimics estrogen. Any tips for water?

Have you heard of 15 minute cities? Feel like my city is moving towards this.👈🏼

The idea is that cities will be built so everything is located within 15-minute walk or bike ride. ⌛

I enjoy cycling but dont think bikes and public transport is up to the job to replace them.🚴
