@firstcryindia Ordered a high chair. Found very poor quality. Team denied the refund and offered replacement. We opted for a replacement on 24th Oct'24. The App shows 4 attempts to pick up the item but the person has not come for one time. He asked for a location and didn't come.

While calling him, he told that company has not arranged a vehicle. So, he will not deliver. However, on App, we can see 4 times attempts were made. Customer care doesn't respond. Only IVR responses are available. @firstcryindia can't expect such services from your team.

The distance between the restaurant and my place is just 1.8 km.
Nobody is taking responsibility for that. I have opted for the Zomato Gold Plan. Is this the service you offer?

Very poor service @zomato. Did not expect such delivery service from you. Order Pizza from @LaPinozPizzaInd. I ordered pizza at 9.15 pm and got it delivered at 11.00 pm. The Pizza is not at all in condition to eat. Did not get satisfactorily answers from customer care& restaurant

@HathwayBrdband are you guys really into internet business or harassment business? I moved from Hyderabad 8 months ago. In last 8 months, have updated my status to 15+customer executives. I still get 4-5 calls a week. Executives dont know my name either. harassment at peak now.

One of the worst customer care @IDBI_Bank. Trying to connect with executive for multiple queries as a new account holder, but not able to connect. After submitting various options and waiting for 2-3 minutes, calls getting disconnected. Is it d way to greet your new customer?
