@kettlebellsean1 Want a deeper look into how we structure our training system?
I lay it all out inside our Free Group. Check it out here (it's FREE).

@kettlebellsean1 Even as we shut our gym down back in 2021. The Kettlebell Mastery System is alive and well inside the Kettlebell Transformation Community. It's just taken a slightly different form.
@kettlebellsean1 To this day it's one of the most powerful shifts we made with the aim of giving our clients a different reason to be consistent with coming to the gym. They were no longer just showing up to workout, they were now trying to "level up".
@kettlebellsean1 Our clients instantly had a very clear roadmap, with specific goals, moments of celebration, and a long term process they were confident in.
@kettlebellsean1 We even started doing "Mastery Days" where our clients could come in and "test out" of their current level and officially "Level Up" to the next.
@kettlebellsean1 As they moved through the level system they eventually learned the 1H Swing, the Clean, the Snatch, the Jerk, the Double Snatch.
They also had very clear strength & conditioning milestones they were after.
@kettlebellsean1 For example when someone NEW came into our gym their first goal was:
LEARN: 2H Swing & Getup
TRAIN: 2H Swing & Getup (+ a handful of other exercises)
GRADUATE:
Men: 100 32kg Swings & 10 24kg Getups
Women 100 20kg Swings & 10 16kg Getups
@kettlebellsean1 Each level had specific skills you were learning, skills you were training, and milestones you were aiming for in order to "test out" to graduate to the next level.
@kettlebellsean1 Until both Sean and I realized... WE didn't train at all like our clients did. Our training sessions were much simpler, had a specific progression, and we were consistent (not just because we were health & fitness pros) but because we were seeing REAL results (not just sweating)
Back when @kettlebellsean1 and I ran Chicago Primal Gym we used to do what most other gyms did. We'd have work outs of the day, doing our best to give everyone a full body workout that also entertained them enough so they didn't get "bored"
With that being said… If you are a guy who’s trying to drop 20-30lbs and wants to train with kettlebells from home.
