@MartinSLewis I was in a similar situation our offer was accepted,but shortly after,the agent called to say a cash buyer had appeared &the seller was considering switching to them unless we increased our offer. I responded ,Do you really think a genuine cash buyer wouldn’t have an extra cash ?
