@lgmalvasi@sciencegirl Yup, already had the go pro filming before the run. Do you think he should have stopped and turned it off before he started digging??
@ChipEwing16276@jake_demichele@CollinRugg That is a huge rock face off of KT that was covered in fresh snow! Palisades got over 8 feet of snow in the previous 3 days, biggest storm in years! Watch the videos coming out of there, the pow was deep! I assure you this wasn’t staged (it’s my son who was one of the rescuers).
@StocksSquats@friedmacncheez@allenanalysis Again you are wrong. Manufactures dictate pricing(unless you are dealing with cheap/china made stuff). It’s called MAP pricing and if you break it, you are at risk for loosing the ability to sell it. Use Patagonia as an example. If you undercut their pricing, you are dropped!
@StocksSquats@friedmacncheez@allenanalysis Vinny, I am a small business owner that imports winter sports goods from Europe. I can unequivocally tell you that you are wrong. For this years products we got revised pricing from manufacturers to account for tariffs. We immediately passed these increases on to our customers!

@TheGreenOldDill@K2ski@MonsterEnergy@IkonPass@WinterPark Most Americans (other than maga) are with her. Also funny that you list K2 as a sponsor that cares. I guess you missed the part where K2 moved production from the US to China! Under a republican presidency none the less!
@wetyeti01@SenRubenGallego Except for the part where those were purchased from willing partners and didn’t come at the expensive of 💩 on one of our oldest allies.
@John70841762881@RWB_American It has been legal in California since 2012. Do you have an HOA or maybe a municipal rule against it? The CA city I am in actually gives out barrels and other collection tools to home owners

@Danley007@RWB_American Wild take my friend. California reservoirs fill from a combo of rain and snow. Rain in the winter, snow run off in spring. The storms you were seeing earlier this week were tropical so way more rain than snow and reservoirs benefitted greatly.
@sugarrush840@RWB_American@realDonaldTrump You have been watching too much Fox News. Winter is WHEN California fills its reservoirs. Once they hit a certain level, they leave capacity for flood protection but otherwise will keep filling. Below is just one of the lakes in CA that has risen dramatically in this storm!
@billdubs@allenanalysis@CNN Look a little closer. It was not a cnn poll, they were just reporting on it. It was a poll conducted by Marquette University. Their polls are generally considered accurate and have an average of 2.2 points deviation.
@_par4@Chris59643380@maxbadman@RonWyden You are speaking in absolutes but every state/district has rules about what is offered based on a lot of factors and not a single answer. For example Anchorage has different rules for teachers hired before 2006 vs after. Post 2006 many have insurance but many don’t.
@_par4@Chris59643380@maxbadman@RonWyden Happy for your wife but that is not the case for all teachers so it is naive of you to say the person in this post made a bad choice. I have clients (teachers and unions) in multiple states including Alaska, Texas and Nevada that are not offered insurance. Just facts, not opinion
@_par4@Chris59643380@maxbadman@RonWyden It is true. I work in the industry and see it first hand. I’m not a dem/lib so you can’t blame it on that either, just stating facts. Google it if you don’t believe me.
@_par4@Chris59643380@maxbadman@RonWyden Teachers retirement insurance is highly dependent upon the district they taught in. The smaller the district, the less likely they have insurance options. For most of these teachers, Medicare is their only option.
