THANK YOU, GHANA POLICE!
This operation is very welcome and should be SUSTAINED & EXPANDED to the inner cities and major traffic-prone routes. This reckless behavior is really widespread and endemic!
This has become frustrating & disruptive. If there are ongoing technical challenges, please communicate openly with customers about the cause, affected areas,& expected resolution TAT.
A goodwill gesture to affected users would also be appreciated.

Dear @MTNGhana, voice & data quality have been noticeably poor for months across several parts of Accra. As a heavy mobile data user, I often have to toggle Airplane Mode on & off multiple times just to reset & stabilize my network connection.

North Korea owes Sweden over €300 million for 1,000 stolen Volvos and every 6 months Sweden sends them reminders.
It sounds like an urban legend, but it’s a documented historical fact. In 1974, looking to signal their emerging economic status, North Korea ordered 1,000 Volvo 144 GLs from Sweden. The Swedes shipped the fleet, hoping to open a new trade market. The cars arrived, but the payment never did.
To this day, the bill remains unpaid. The Swedish government actually still sends an invoice to Pyongyang twice a year. With interest, the debt has ballooned to over €300 million. Meanwhile, some of those stolen Volvos are reportedly still running as taxis in North Korea today.
