@DrinkCirkul literally had the worst customer service. Most of their agents are super friendly but really don’t know how to perform their job. Their team lead escalations are even worse. Oh I’ve been told I’d get A TL call within 24-48 and it’s 3 weeks… I call daily.
@DrinkCirkul The lack of ethics in providing feedback and your escalation repa avoiding doing their jobs ultimately lead to the permanent disconnect. You have no effective problem resolution policies.
Hey @DrinkCirkul where the hell that team lead call back that I was getting for the last two weeks since my products been sitting for three. I call every day. Every day they say someone will call me back in 24-48 hours. Worst customer service EVER!!
@DrinkCirkul The product finally shipped after three weeks of sitting. I’m just done with cirkul period. I cancelled my auto renew and you won’t see another order from me. I’ve chosen another service that seems they will be able to meet individuals needs more efficiently.
So most of my prev. HS alum are mourning the passing of a teacher. It is sad, but I am not pretending to have fond memories of this teacher. He may have been great to a few but to some, he was not nice, he talked down to us, and if you asked for help you were made to feel dumb.
