@rod_mallo Go try it in the real world and watch how may people ignore the instructions/ can’t hear it because airport PA systems are horrible or are just entitled shits and do what they want
@futureman1977@airmainengineer V1 for a 777 is around 170-180 knots. Would be on the faster side seeing as how heavy they would have been. So not that close to it
@HODLER_T21@KillaKreww This is why I would carry a second empty wallet and say Im heading to the train station to get on a flight and already spent all my money. Then show them the empty wallet. Simple enough excuse that doesn’t look like you are arguing. Make sure not to get pickpocketed during it tho
Caught up with @esherifftv on our way out of town. It was a fun conversation! Excited to see how it turned out! Hopefully not too riddled with topical van woes
@atom_golden@jlist@DrRaviPatel@DJSnM@johnkrausphotos I was using a cannon 600D (6400 ISO) on a 10” Meade telescope with an alt-az tracking mount. That type of tracking limits you to ~30 seconds of exposure before significant field rotation occurs and blurs the image. Then used DeepSkyStacker to combine the 120 images
I’m about to zoom chat to future youth leaders from Alabama’s @4H.
4H was a big deal for me growing up, (I chose it over rocket club believe it or not!) Excited to meet these young minds.
Throwback to 2013 when I lived in North Carolina and took a day trip out to the site of the Wright Brothers' first flight! Speaking of, did you know there's some controversy over whether they were actually first to fly?
