When management is an echo chamber, then there is a very real risk of the leader approaching new problems with the same old tools.

What we are witnessing in Kenya today will simply not vanish with the Finance Bill ( which ever way it goes ). In a nation where the median age is 19.5 the demand for accountability from those in leadership by a generation that isn’t confused about their expectations will be the norm for the foreseeable future.

My advice :- …Adjust accordingly.
