@united you cancelled my flight from Chicago to New York and only offered a stand by option for an hour earlier….we booked another airline luckily…..you are horrible…..also I don’t even have a refund option on your app…..legitimately the worst airline
@united waited 2 hours until 2am Wednesday morning for checked bags at EWR. A @united agent said “We don’t know where the Denver bags are”. Now we are traveling from Brooklyn to Newark to recover our bags because we were told it’s not @united’s fault. What will you do?
