Hey everybody! We completed our roadtrip yesterday. Our friend is now at her new home but we'll be going out again today to pick her up some new things she might still need.

We also got confirmation she will be getting her documents.

After having successfully applied for documentation yesterday we'll be heading out onto the last (and thankfully shortest) leg of our journey.

Updating everyone once again on our journey to say that the majority is now officially behind us. We've made it to our friend's birth state and will be attempting to get some of her papers arranged today. Wish us luck!!

To update everyone on our rescue mission after a wild 24 hours:
We have arrived in Las Vegas and soon after we settled in our hotel we saw a chance to pick up our friend. She is safely with us right now and we'll probably begin heading for her new home tomorrow.

As a final update before we fly out to the us in less than 12 hours, we've actually managed to hit our donation goal of 4,000 Euros.
