@TheRAC_UK you've left us stranded for 7 hours SO FAR, we had 2 young kids which had to get picked up (5 hr round trip for my FIL), and had no facilities available. After 15 calls we don't know what to do, I'm in tears, and all we keep getting told is that its been escalated

@timhortonsuk still having issues at the Leeds store, even though you ignored my last issue. Burgers came single, with wrong toppings twice, and "LARGE" drinks we paid extra for weren't filled to fill line. Served 2 hash browns instead of lattice with no explanation.

@timhortonsuk seriously disappointed in the changes you've made to the dble bacon burger. Bun seems to have changed, no red onion, no lettuce or tomato, & you've now smothered it in too much mustard, meaning you can't taste the best bit, your ketchup. Won't be paying £8.49 again.

@Morrisons I've had a delivery, half was missing (none of my meat got substituted, so had no meat in my delivery, thanks for that), and I've paid nearly £20 more than the delivery that came and I'm yet to have a refund for the missing items??

@timhortonsuk the Cardiff restaurant doesn't hit the mark like Leeds and Broughton do. Staff are not friendly & are ignoring customers, food is nowhere near as good either, hot dog came with barely any of the ketchup (which is amazing), or the onions and was swimming in mustard!
