Our support team have started to use @LogmyCare, a digital logging system. Using this our staff recorded over 6600 logs in the last month. How amazing is that! We can even get photographs of the amazing work our teams are delivering in the community. #innovation #responsive #care

Since 2006, our Specialist Services have supported people with brain injuries in the community. We have supported rehabilitation delivery alongside their health professionals through to providing 24/7 support packages in the person's preferred environment.
