Here’s my (attempt) to quickly explain the Hilary Knight sign-and-trade situation.

IMO: Rules are being followed here. It would’ve been easier for PWHL to let Knight sign in Detroit. They didn’t do that, and it’s good they didn’t. Unconventional/unexpected but not illegal.
