@SweetSummerSN specifically PRC is excellent at disaster relief with Peace Ark and other hospital ships. Euros don't have anything like it and the USA doesn't make a big deal of it since most of the relief missions are places like Puerto Rico i should look it up but yeah PRC #1 for hosp ships.
