@ruthmcgregor4@YonBaker@robilange yes have several functions and not just on sub. Helps reduce water loss, reflect radiation, makes leaves harder for insects to feed on. In the USA red clovers that were hairless mostly disappeared over time, theory was more susceptible to probing from aphids
@ruthmcgregor4@YonBaker@robilange Ruth, hi yes thats a good reference. I think we contributed some photos etc. Rob is correct, not ideal photos but prob not Trikkala. I zoomed in on clovers in paddock, not good leaf mark expression now, but dont see classic Trikkla there. I can DM you
⚠️ALERT: Recent rain after prolonged dry conditions has increased the risk of kikuyu poisoning.
-Watch livestock for drooling or dehydration
-Move stock immediately & provide alternative feed

Update on Tropical Cyclone Narelle from the Bureau @BOM_WA - looks to hit South West Land Division on Saturday morning (time to cancel the weekend sport) and hang around until Sunday 2 am. #climate
@originalstinger@logue_phil Not sure of engine compatibility, there is the 1.1 B Federal cleaner fuels grant to support production of low carbon liquid fuels, such as renewable diesel. If you crushed canola on farm & used the meal by product for livestock, do the $$ stack up James ?
Hope to see you at the @DPIRDbroadacre Katanning Research Station for our Sheep Field Day. Thursday 23 October 1 - 4:30pm. See the Yardstick 2024-drop progeny. Wethers in full wool. Ewes off-shears with fleece weight and index data. Great line up of speakers.
@Rielly15869862 Can you screen out the seeds in the cleaning shed ? Crimson a bit smaller and sub looks healthy. Which subclover cv ? At that low level of crimson contamination in that photo it should pass seed cert standards for purity ?
