My package has been in customs in Cinn, Ohio since 11/1. I was never notified. Now you state on 11/9 it will be returned . Really??? I emailed the documentation. Please reply.

My BOSCH refrigerator was serviced on 8/21/24. A part was order for the repair. The part was not in stock and is still not in stock as of today 10/24/24. Expected more. HELP!!

Please exercise good faith and message me. Reach out to me in real time so I know you are apologetic for my difficulties with Bosch as you stated.
@BoschHomeUS We did contact Bosch Cust. Care and we were told by a rep. that the distribution ctr had 8 units in stock, but when our warranty repair called all the parts were spoken for. We have been waiting since Aug. & no one has given us a date when it will be in. Unacceptable .

@RepublicService I have been trying to cancel my residential service for 3days. I have been on hold for over an hour. This morning I have been on hold since 7:30am and I am typing while I am on hold now. So disappointing ! I have been a customer for over ten years.
