@XfinitySupport Having an xfinity wire on the ground doesn’t constitute urgency. @xcelenergy came in one day. But xfinity keeps changing the date and now says I refused support.

@Xfinity refused to take a live wire seriously and will not reimburse a long time customer for hiring my own technician for the safety of my family and dog. They lack of concern and urgency was unacceptable. I’ve never had worse customer service.
