The new #Erasmus program should be maximally open to all target groups, sectors and leading European policies in each relevant sector.

Despite the EC's encouraging proposal to increase mobility and investment in the new #Erasmus program, mobility is currently being deployed in the Northwest, while Southeastern Europe remains unknown for young Europeans. We need to ensure a better balance in the geographic scope.

Member States to join forces in reducing early school leaving in Europe and increase equal access to education for all vulnerable groups. We should explore ways of improving data exchange on pupils' educational status in cases of mobility, respecting Union law on data protection.
