The best way to accept losses

Is to accept losses before it happens

I mean, before executing the trade, know what you're risking and trick your mind into believing you've lost the money already.

That way, you won't make rash decisions when the trade triggers

*you won't close the trade too early
*you won't be scared of the trade turning into a losing trade
*and when it finally happens (SL hit), you will move on quickly cause you've accepted the loss before it happened
