@MTNza employs THE most useless individuals. You explain your problem, they have to type it in words to log a ticket with the technicians. What they type is totally contrary to the issue at hand. It's really disappointing that individuals must be so untrained and unskilled. Sad.

@MTNza has still not contacted me as I requested. The normal workers just continue without any management or accountability ... It is scary what is happening in a big company that cannot sort out a "small problem" effectively. ... @MTNza leaves much to be desired.

At 18:00 yesterday @MTNza suggested I log a new REQ number ... The call centre agent was extremely unhelpful and did not comprehend plain English very well. She requested that I be patient for (another) 24 hours (which I did) ... Lo and behold, nothing is resolved.

@MTNza certainly operates like a headless chicken. No active hands-on management is evident. Untrained/unskilled staff in positions they are not suited for. If there is a manager in place, then there is absolutely zero MANAGEMENT. @MTNza has lost the plot.
