एक सवाल Trading और Real Money Gaming के नियमों को लेकर।
अगर कोई Trading में ₹10 लाख लगाता है, तो Market Crash, Leverage या गलत ट्रेडिंग फैसलों के कारण उसे लाखों का नुकसान हो सकता है। खासकर Derivatives Trading में नुकसान शुरुआती निवेश से भी अधिक हो सकता है।
वहीं, Fantasy Gaming में प्रतियोगिता की Entry Fee पहले से निर्धारित होती है, जिससे किसी एक प्रतियोगिता में भाग लेने का खर्च सीमित रहता है।
जब Risk और Loss की बात आती है, तो Online Gaming और Trading के लिए Regulation में समानता, पारदर्शिता और Consumer Protection पर बहस क्यों नहीं होती?**
नीतियां बनाते समय हर उद्योग के वास्तविक जोखिम और आर्थिक प्रभाव का निष्पक्ष मूल्यांकन होना चाहिए।

Dear Sir,

PROG Act 2025 के बाद online gaming industry के भविष्य को लेकर भारी uncertainty है। एक बड़ी digital industry, लाखों livelihoods और significant tax/economic activity प्रभावित हुई है।

जब courts में मामलों को तय होने में लंबा समय लगता है, तब industry और consumers दोनों uncertainty में रहते हैं।

अभी भी समय है—RMG को blanket ban की जगह strict, transparent और responsible regulation के तहत लाने पर विचार होना चाहिए।

Skill-based games के लिए clear framework, KYC, age-gating, deposit limits, responsible gaming और मजबूत consumer protection लागू हों।

Offshore platforms को बढ़ावा देने के बजाय compliant Indian industry को regulated framework में वापस लाया जाए, ताकि रोजगार, innovation और legitimate economic activity भारत में बनी रहे।

🇮🇳 RMG पर blanket ban का असली नुकसान देखिए!

Gaming बंद नहीं हुई—market offshore जा रहा है।

भारतीय users offshore platforms पर जा रहे हैं → पैसा विदेशी operators के पास जा रहा है → Indian businesses और jobs प्रभावित हो रहे हैं → और जिस economic activity पर भारत regulation व taxation कर सकता था, उसका बड़ा हिस्सा देश के बाहर हो रहा है।

Ban से demand खत्म नहीं होती, market underground/offshore हो सकता है।

❌ potential tax base बाहर

🇮🇳 Solution: Blanket Ban नहीं—Strict Regulation + KYC + Tax Compliance + Responsible Gaming.

If regulated fantasy platforms like Dream11 don’t resume, users could end up turning to unverified and fraudulent apps, where their money and personal data may be at greater risk. ⚠️

Dream11 has operated as a regulated fantasy gaming platform and has been a significant taxpayer. Its absence has also created uncertainty for users and the wider gaming ecosystem.

Instead of pushing users towards risky platforms, clear rules, strong regulation and consumer protection should be the focus. 🏏

🎮 Gaming Industry को Blanket Ban नहीं, Smart Regulation चाहिए।

अगर कुछ offshore companies नियमों से बचकर भारतीय users से पैसा ले रही हैं, तो उन पर सख्त कार्रवाई होनी चाहिए—लेकिन इसका समाधान पूरी gaming industry को बंद करना ��हीं है।

उदाहरण के लिए:
• Offshore/illegal operators की पहचान और blocking
• KYC और age verification अनिवार्य
• Responsible gaming & spending limits
• Transparent taxation और audited transactions
• भारतीय users का पैसा सुरक्षित रखने के लिए escrow/safeguard mechanism
• नियम तोड़ने वाली companies पर भारी penalty और licence cancellation
• लेकिन compliant gaming companies को स्पष्ट regulatory framework के तहत काम करने की अनुमति

Illegal operators को रोकिए, legitimate gaming ecosystem को नहीं।

Blanket ban से industry, startups, developers और लाखों users प्रभावित हो सकते हैं; बेहतर रास्ता है—Regulation + Accountability + Consumer Protection.

Ban लगाने से illegal betting खत्म नहीं होती—बल्कि users unregulated platforms की तरफ जा सकते हैं। असली जरूरत proper regulation की है, outright ban की नहीं।

Fantasy gaming के बंद होने का नुकसा�� सिर्फ companies तक सीमित नहीं है। इससे users का trusted platform, creators की earning opportunities, advertisers का business, employees की jobs और sports ecosystem की engagement प्रभावित होती है।

सबसे बड़ा risk यह है कि regulated platforms हटने के बाद वही users ऐसे illegal और unregulated betting apps की तरफ जा सकते हैं, जहाँ KYC, transparency, responsible gaming और consumer protection जैसी safeguards कमजोर हो सकती हैं।

Dream11 जैसे fantasy games में player form, stats, pitch और match-ups के आधार पर टीम बनाना होता था। Skill-based gaming को betting के साथ एक ही category में रखना सही approach नहीं है।

Ban नहीं, strict rules + transparency + KYC + age restrictions + responsible gaming = बेहतर solution.
