العملاء لا يهتمون بالجوانب التقنية في منتج أو خدمة معينة؛ كل اهتمامهم يدور حول القيمة المقدمة لهم مقابل المبالغ التي يدفعونها

التقنية (رغم أهميتها)هي أداة أو وسيلة وليست غاية!

الغاية هي تقديم قيمة حقيقية للعملاء (حل مشاكلهم، توفير وقتهم، تسهيل أعمالهم، تقليل التكلفة عليهم..الخ)

عندي قناعة وإيمان شخصي؛ بأن الطلب من المحلات والمطاعم باستعمال الهرن عادة غير أخلاقية لا في حق من هو جالس في المطعم، ولا في حق العمال ولا ترقى لأن تكون سلوك سويا.

الأمل في أن يأتي يوم ينقرض فيه هذا السلوك، وتصان فيه كرامة العمال، ويتحلى الجميع بمدأ الاحترام والمسؤولية.
