We remember the families in #Panjab who suffered from severe trauma,loss and hardship after the main breadwinners were arbitrarily killed by the state armed forces during the 1980’s-1990’s.

Behind every sacrifice is a family carrying memories, emotions, and silent struggles.

Shaheed Parivaars embody immense courage and resilience, yet their strength should never overshadow their need for emotional care, compassion, and support.

Since 2015, John has been attending @LangarAid evening feeds in Coventry, finding not just a meal, but a welcoming place to socialise, meet people and feel part of the community.

The initiative helps ease financial pressures, offering newcomers meaningful support, care and encouragement during their transition.
