POV: You call Nordstrom Financial Services for answers and get told, “Since you’re so smart, go figure it out,” by Dean Taylor, then get hung up on. All while they refuse to answer a basic question about my tampered, empty package. Absolutely unacceptable.

POV: Nordstrom “investigated” my missing jewelry in under 2 hours. The package was visibly tampered with, AND resealed, and both jewelry boxes were empty. Yet somehow they think that is an investigation. Completely unacceptable. @Nordstrom
