1) March rent received on 17th May, with 37 days delay. Hence panatly is 1850 Rs.
2) April rent received on 17th May, with 7 days delay. Hence penalty is 350 Rs.
Total penalty amount received till date Rs 1050

@NoBrokerCare I had asked for rent and penalty. Rent amount is transferred however no information on penalty that no broker is liable to pay to me as per the agreement terms and conditions. Matter is still not resolved.
