Today I could use flexible scope with pressure monitoring (Biorad flexible scope by name SENSEI scope . It is 8fr scope going through 10/12 access sheath) following points noted.
1.Rirs with normal access sheath in the mid ureter, pressure was 40-60mm of hg
2.Rirs with FANS suction pressure was 20mm of hg
3.Rirs without sheath pressure went upto 120mm of hg
4.Rirs with pump and suction together 40mm of hg
